Returns & Exchanges
At Indigo Lune, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
